Membership to the Arsenic Consortium is open to producers and importers of arsenic and/or arsenic compounds. Natural or legal persons who do in principle not qualify for regular membership according to the criteria set forth above can upon their application nonetheless be admitted as regular members.
Associate membership is open to distributors or all other legal or natural persons that have a legitimate interest in the Arsenic Consortium’s activities and whose involvement will contribute to achieving the Arsenic Consortium’s purposes.
Admission of a new regular member shall be decided by the Members’ Meeting subject to fair, transparent, objective and non-discriminatory criteria.
To become a member of the Arsenic Consortium, any applicant shall sign an Admission contract which provides that the applicant commits to respect any and all terms and conditions as set out in the Consortium Agreement and to pay the applicable membership fees.
